Entrepreneurship and Christian Ministry

A survey by the accountants Ernst & Young reported that 75% of influential Americans believe that entrepreneurship will be the defining trend of the 21 Century. For many Christians, an entrepreneur is mostly associated with the business world, yet both the Bible and history show us that many of those called by God to engage in His mission displayed an entrepreneurial spirit. This workshop explores what makes someone an entrepreneur, what motivates them and in what ways such people can be used in Christian ministry. The workshop also explores the strengths and weaknesses of the entrepreneur, and the challenges and temptations faced by them as Christians, as well as covering how to start a new venture.
