Every leader carries a set of his or her own assumptions that affect the way they lead. One of these areas that affect a leader’s management style is a leader’s understanding of the nature and character of human beings. This session looks at the anthropology of leadership and argues for the necessity of a fully-orbed biblical view of the person to lead effectively.
