The Power of Relationship in the Therapeutic Setting

Thanks to the rise of the internet, we live in a world of shallow relationships and fake updates. When a client comes in for counselling, therapists often search for which counselling technique will help them the most. But more often than not, it is the counselor and their relationship with the client that heals. Clients come in with specific relational needs that the therapist can meet. This talk discusses what the therapist can do to meet those relational needs and provide healing.
