At a certain time in the life of a leader, he/she begins to see the bigger picture of the mechanics and dynamics of leading others. In today’s fast-track world, when novelties and new ideas are expected twice within the same year (like new smart phones are), it is important to formulate and implement principles that help make the right choices. We must base all we do on truth; not fearing failures; planning and evaluating outcomes; improving or changing methods to be efficient and effective; and, understanding the human comprehension factor both of co-workers and the target audience. The Principle of Intelligent Growth shows the needed balance between staying focused on outcomes, while keeping all processes connected and meeting human comprehension criteria.
