The Resilient Leader

Peter described Jesus in many ways but he included this: ‘When he was reviled, he did not revile in return; when he suffered, he did not threaten, but continued entrusting himself to him who judges justly.’ 1 Peter 2:23

Opposition, persecution, resistance, obstruction, apathy and disappointment will all be experienced by the Disciple-making Leader. How can we keep going and stay focussed on our ministry and our role?

This workshop will consider:

• The kinds of resistance Jesus experienced in His ministry
• What is ‘resilience’?
• How did Jesus demonstrate resilience?
• Infectious focus
