The Discipleship Deficit: How Can We See More Lives Transformed by the Gospel?
Keywords:

Description

Though the Church is called to proclaim the Good News, so often it creates only believers in Christ, not disciples. But doesn't genuine belief lead to a transformed life, and why is it that so many Christians are not living a Christ-like life? Why have churches neglected the importance of discipleship and sanctification? Most importantly, how should we respond to see more lives transformed by the Gospel? This roundtable brings together key leaders to discuss the discipleship deficit in the contemporary church and how to respond with truth and grace.

Roundtable Panelists Include:

Mark Stirling (Moderator), Director, The Chalmers Centre

Diane Langberg, Clinical Psychologist and Co-Leader, Global Trauma Recovery Institute

Michael Reeves, Director, Union and Senior Lecturer, Wales Evangelical School of Theology

Henryk Wieja, President, Life and Mission Ministry
