Description

Mindfulness is everywhere in counselling and psychotherapy. Research claims many physical and psychological benefits from practicing mindfulness. This webinar will discuss these claims and find that there are valuable practical truths and there is common ground with Christian meditation. We will look at the roots of mindfulness in Buddhism and the way in which fundamental beliefs about reality, suffering and compassion are different from a Christian perspective.
