A Last-Resort Argument for God from Evil
Description
G.K. Chesterton once wrote: “When belief in God becomes difficult, the tendency is to turn away from Him; but in heaven’s name, to what?” When it comes to addressing the problem of evil, those who withdraw from belief in God are left with a similar question that Peter asked: “Lord, to whom shall we go? You alone have the words of eternal life.” This webinar shows that whatever may be the genuine difficulties with the problem of evil, they are multiplied when we reject the God of Scripture. The Christian faith provides the most fruitful resources for grappling with the problem of evil, far outshining the alternative explanations on offer.
