What is the goal of conflict resolution in Christian ministry?

Pastor David Fleming has served in ministry for 35 years, most recently as Senior Pastor of Champion Forest Baptist Church in Houston, Texas, where he led the church to become a large, multi-cultural, multi-site, mission-minded congregation. He is now Executive Director of the Lanier Foundation, overseeing the Lanier Theological Library and Learning Centre in Houston and Yarnton Manor near Oxford.
