Church-Based Disciple-Making

Life-on-Life Missional Discipleship is defined as laboring in the lives of a few with the intention of imparting one's life, God's Word, and the Gospel in such a way as to see them become mature and equipped followers of Christ, committed to doing the same in the lives of others. LOLMD is based on how Jesus did ministry. Jesus invested his life in His disciples to develop them into mature and equipped followers, and LOLMD leaders believe as a part of the Great Commission we are commanded to do the same. 

From experience Monte and Bryan have seen that LOLMD is the most effective way to develop mature and equipped followers of Christ. LOLMD consistently develops leaders who can lead themselves and their families, develop other mature and equipped followers of Christ, and have a transformational impact on the lost world. It is Perimeter Church’s desire to come alongside pastors and local churches who desire to be more effective in making mature and equipped followers of Christ in and through the church so that leaders could have Kingdom influence where they live, work, and play.
