What are the weaknesses of the Multiverse Hypothesis in explaining fine-tuning?

Peter Korevaar studied physics and astronomy at the University of Utrecht, Netherlands, and obtained his PhD in astronomy in 1989 on "Time-dependent models of stellar coronae". After two years at the University of Heidelberg, he joined IBM in 1991. He has since worked as a consultant in logistics, optimisation, and analytics, mainly for automotive companies.
