Jay Mosser has served in pastoral roles for 43 years, including about 20 years as assistant pastor and the rest as senior pastor, across three churches ranging from under 50 to about 1,000 members. He holds an M.Div. from Western Seminary and a D.Min. from Corban University, focusing on how shepherding theology affects church health and growth.
