Church Planter Coaching Essentials

The success rate of church planting is lifted dramatically when a qualitative and consistent coaching system is implemented. Throughout the church-planting journey, the church planter will develop skills and improve performance based on real life ministry, and thereby build awareness and responsibility for the choices he or she makes. This talk focuses on a general overview of available CP coaching tools and issues to which the coach needs to pay particular attention.
