It seems that the Parreto Principle that states that 80% of the work in an organization is done by 20% of the people has proven itself true over the centuries. What typically happens within an organization is to focus on the 20% at the expense of the 80% who have grown to assume they have little or nothing to offer of value. This talk focuses on what you can do to awake this sleeping giant and engage the world's most eligible constituents.
