Leadership Tools for Successful Church Planting

Successful church planting requires three things: a clear vision to unite church leaders, solid faith to paint a vision of the future, and an understanding of the structural phases that a new church will go through on its way to becoming capable of multiplying. Church planters must be able to mobilise at a grassroots level and impart the essential principles of effective leadership. Above all, leaders across denominational lines must work together to strengthen church planting efforts for the Kingdom of God.
