Description

As a continuation of his presentation of what should motivate us to learn to get along with others (cf. 1 Peter 3:9-10), the apostle Peter encourages us in 1 Peter 3:12 to picture the Lord Jesus Christ with His loving eyes watching, His attentive ears listening, and even His angry face turning away from any of us who mistreat our fellow man. It truly calls us to die to self, to live for Him, and to treat others as more important than ourselves.
