The Pastor's Role as Leader

It has been said that one of the greatest deficits with in the Christian Church is the pastor's ability to lead. Leadership is the ability to garner and sustain a following -- a following of people. It's different from "management;" it's different from "administration;" and it's even different from "shepherding." And the pastor must be a leader. This talk will focus on the pastor as a leader and help him/her lead strongly in whatever ministry he/she has been called to.
