Challenges and Opportunities in Missional Leadership Building

With the recent significant growth in the number of missionaries and mission agencies in every corner of the world, it is critical that we grow and develop healthy missional leadership. God has gifted people from every society with gifts for the entire Church. Identifying the gifts Europeans bring to the table to bless others is an important first step. But we must go beyond that step to see how we can best use these gifts cross-culturally. In this talk  we integrate insights from contemporary intercultural communication with biblical truths to offer practical insights in cross-cultural mentoring and leadership development.
