Equipping Young Disciples for Mission

Many don’t realise that when Christ sent his first disciples into mission, most of them were in their late teens or early twenties. Young people have time, energy, and passion that accelerates the work of God when properly released. At the same time, they are inexperienced and sometimes even unreliable. How can young people be quickly and effectively equipped for mission? What will make them fruitful for the long haul? Josiah Venture mobilises over 1000 young disciples into mission each year and trains over 5000 young leaders.
