Description
It is important that we know where we are before defining a plan of what we must do next. This five step process lays the framework for creating a working development plan and is at the core of all developmental activity. This workshop gives practical examples of how development plans have been successfully applied in a variety of ministry settings, and addresses pertinent issues required for any organisation to accomplish its goals.
