The Soul of a Leader

When we speak of the soul of the leader we are talking about something very different than leadership ability. There can be some who are capable of great leadership skill but their private lives may be very messed up. Certainly this was the case with King David of Israel and his son King Solomon. Both men had remarkable leadership skills. They knew how to develop infrastructure and rule a nation and yet, David was a horrible father and Solomon, for all his wisdom, was intemperate. How does a leader manage his soul that he might minimize the risks to those he leads? This talk is about developing the soul to become more self-aware and empathetic.
