Charles Thaxton

Real name: 
Dr Charles Thaxton earned his Ph.D. in physical chemistry from Iowa State University and completed post-doctoral work in the history of science at Harvard University, and molecular biology at Brandeis University. For several years he held a visiting faculty position at Charles University in Prague. He has lectured widely in universities throughout the U.S., Europe, Russia, and Asia. Dr Thaxton co-authored the books The Mystery of Life's Origin and The Soul of Science, and contributed to several other books and journals. His specialties are (1) issues in the relationship between science and faith, and (2) the history and philosophy of science.
