Kaspars Sterns is a church planter, pastor and Assistant Bishop in the area of church planting at the Union of Baptist Churches in Latvia. His main responsibilities include recruitment of church planters and training and coaching them and their teams. Kaspars is responsible for M4 training in Latvia. He is a co-planter of Mission Church in Adazhi, Latvia. Together with Liva Fokrote, Kaspars is leading the implementation of CPA in Latvia. Kaspars is married to Ilze and they have three sons.
