Roger Preece
Roger Preece is Director of ThinkingLife which he founded in 2003 whilst studying theology at Oxford University. He provides executive coaching as well as organisational development consultancy to businesses, churches and charities. Roger was previously a founder of Capco, the global financial markets solutions company, www.capco.com, and Head of Operations at Sumitomo Finance, an investment bank. He also worked at Bank of America, where he was responsible for product and market development for European capital markets and at Accenture, where he developed his expertise in strategy consulting and project delivery. Roger is an experienced speaker of personal effectiveness. He is a co-author of the Euromoney; Forming the Future of Finance and was previously an Editor of the Capco Institute Journal of Financial Transformation. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and holds a degree in engineering from Imperial College, London. He is a trained singer and enjoys performing from opera to rap. He is married with three daughters.
