5 Things I Never Learned in Seminary

Jerry Twombly will reflect and advise participants in this webinar about the 5 major things he did not learn in seminary. The five things are:

1. I never learned anything about the importance of relationships in building a ministry; how to successfully build and sustain them, and build communities within the larger community that I had been called to serve.
2. I never learned how to keep people moving forward in their spiritual journey.
3. I never learned anything about how to plan strategically.
4. I never was taught how to organize people.
5. And while I realized that not everyone to whom I would minister was in the same relationship with God as another in the same room, I never learned how to distinguish the differences and how to accommodate them.
