How to Deal with Conflict in Church Planting

No one likes interpersonal conflict. Yet, we must learn to anticipate and to embrace it when it happens. Especially in something as fragile and dynamic as a newly generated church, conflict can suck the air out of the room and endanger the success of the ministry. We need to begin a conversation on how to best deal with conflict; in a manner that enables us to come out stronger on the other side.
