In this roundtable we will hear from experienced leaders about their work on intercultural teams. What lessons can we learn to lead intercultural teams more effectively? What are the pitfalls we should avoid? How do we ovecome the challenges to more fully experience and foster the unity, fellowship, and maturity of the international body of Christ?
