We See Jesus – Hebrews 1:1-2:18

Hebrews is unique: it is the only complete sermon recorded in Scripture! From the moment it begins, it is pointing us to see Jesus as the focus not only of Hebrews, but also of our faith. The introduction to Hebrews lifts our hearts to heaven before showing how God has stepped down into our world. Jesus is the one in whom we see God’s plan progressed to glory. As we look to him we can find confidence to press on in our less-than-glorious experience of disappointment, struggle, and suffering.
