Draw Near to God – Hebrews 7:1-10:25

The second movement in the sermon to the Hebrews is built on Psalm 110:4 and Jeremiah 31:31-34. Jesus is a better priest with a better ministry. His priesthood is forever, and his ministry is the fulfillment of God’s great New Covenant plan. When we see how Jesus has suffered for us, then we will have greater confidence to enter into God’s presence. In the face of changes, challenges and contemporary complexity, what our world needs more than ever is men and women in ministry who know what it is to draw near to God.
