True leaders are clearly aware of their present needs, but while they work to address those needs they create infrastructure to support intermediate and long term objectives. These include making ample preparations to guarantee that time is allocated to achieve strategic planning initiatives, that financial resources are available when they are needed, and that personnel have been identified, prepared, and equipped for the work of ministry.
