Discipleship in Small Groups: Developing Disciple-Making Leaders in Real Time

The small group is an ideal environment to develop and grow disciple-making leaders. Here we can model and allow new leaders to grow in areas of teaching Bible, prayer, worship, lay counseling, peace-making, casting vision, and practically serving the body and ministry area. God has blessed Emanuel greatly in this type of ministry and in this talk he will share the fruits of that blessing with us and relate the dynamics that have been most effective in seeing gospel transformation.
