Description

There is a clear Bible picture of helping others develop in the calling and gifting that God has given them. We see it in the ministry of Jesus and the disciples, and Paul and his helpers. We need to see how we fit into this picture, both as someone who will benefit from mentoring, and a leader who is called to mentor others.
