I have been leading Tyndale House, Cambridge, for over 15 years, and by God’s grace it has grown and been fruitful. However, I’ve made many errors in terms of bad personal priorities, poor use of funds, trying to control people’s future, and the cherishing of delusional thinking. This talk unpacks a few of my leadership mistakes and seeks to explain the lessons learned along the way.
