Why and How to Share Christ Online

Social media may seem to many like a dark, bad world. Yet, the truth is, social media is a world in which most of today’s youth spend the majority of their time. Research indicates that a large portion of teenagers spend more than eight hours each day connected through various social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok , YouTube and others. While social media has its dangers (e.g. AI), Jesus’ example is to go into places where danger lies. Furthermore, the great commission is that he sends us to go to all nations – to the whole world including that of social media. How then do Christians reach into the world of social media with the Gospel of Christ?
