Biblical Peacemaking: Practical Skills for Resolving Everyday Conflict

One of the primary responsibilities of pastors, ministry leaders, and business managers is to help the people they lead to resolve conflict in a constructive and redeeming manner. Although this is a crucial leadership function, many Christian leaders have never developed a biblically-grounded and highly practical system for resolving conflict.

We will begin this webinar by studying the Slippery Slope of Conflict, which includes six unproductive responses to conflict and six biblical responses.

We will then explore three simple peacemaking acrostics, the Seven A’s of Confession, the Four Promises of Forgiveness, and the PAUSE Principle of Negotiation, which can not only help us to restore personal relationships but also, and more importantly, help us to have a witness that draws others closer to the source of all peace, Jesus Christ.
