Lonely leaders, activity driven leaders, capsized leaders, unsatisfied hearts. We meet them all over Europe, especially younger leaders. Jesus fostered mature disciples and leaders of different kinds. His balance between the one-on-one, the few and the many inspires us to understand more of his pedagogics rooted in the dignity and value of every individual.

How do we come alongside others to listen, encourage, care, spend time in the Scriptures  and equip generationally? Intentional disciple making is more about depth in relationships than programs, tools and events. And leaders who have experienced this depth model it with others.
