In the Christian world, we are often blessed by having great visionary leaders who combine a vibrant faith with strong, often charismatic leadership gifts. That is the good news. The bad news is that, all too often, leaders lack training or awareness of good management practice and organizational skills. The result is that they can inadvertently do serious damage to their ministries by taking some serious missteps in their approach to the day-to-day management of their area of service.
