The success rate of Church planting is increased dramatically when a qualitative and consistent coaching system is implemented. This talk focuses on what values the coaching system ought to be based on in order to be beneficial within a Christian context. We give a practical and accessible toolkit, ranging from how to maintain valuable input in each coaching session, to the clarification of outcomes that can be expected from a long lasting coaching relationship.
