Description
Church planter coaching is best done when a supportive relationship is developed between the coach and the church planter. The clarification of roles and expectations between the two parties is therefore crucial to the success of the program. Throughout the church-planting journey, the church planter will develop skills and improve performance based on real life ministry, and thereby build awareness and responsibility for the choices he or she makes.
